  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Patio Serenada does not physically store or ship products; all items are shipped directly from our trusted third-party suppliers.

  • During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer, and customers will be notified if there are any delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping times vary depending on the supplier and your location. Estimated delivery windows:

    • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or supplier processing times.

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items come from different suppliers.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the supplier, shipping destination, and the items in your order.

  • Some orders may qualify for free shipping, which will be automatically applied at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate depending on the supplier and shipping carrier.

  • Patio Serenada is not responsible for delays once the package has left the supplier’s facility.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

  • Patio Serenada is not responsible for additional charges imposed by your country.

  • Please check your local import policies before placing an order.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team at support@patioserenada.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.


7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed because they are immediately sent to the supplier for processing.

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@patioserenada.com. We will do our best to stop the order, but cancellations are not guaranteed.
