Patio Serenada Return Policy

At Patio Serenada, we are committed to providing you with premium outdoor furniture and accessories that meet the highest standards of quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return, exchange, and refund process is designed to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly.


1. Checking for Damages Upon Arrival

  • All items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Check for visible damages, missing items, or defects before signing for the package.

  • If you notice any damage, please photograph the item and packaging and contact our support team at returns@patioserenada.com within 48 hours of receipt.


2. Return Requests

  • To initiate a return, you must contact Patio Serenada for authorization before sending any items back.

  • Requests can be submitted to returns@patioserenada.com, including:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

  • Authorization is required for all returns. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning your item.


3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable due to size, customization, or supplier restrictions. Our team will notify you if your item is ineligible.

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving authorization.


4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please request authorization following the same process as a return.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item.

  • Once the exchanged item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of supplier error or damaged items.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, Patio Serenada will:

    • Provide a replacement or exchange at no cost, including shipping

    • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available

  • Photos of damages or defects are required to expedite the process.
